We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to help our residents regain communication, cognition, and safe swallowing. • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing
• Implement evidence-based interventions with measurable goals
• Document progress and collaborate with care team members
• Educate patients, families, and staff
• Help residents find their voice—literally and figuratively

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Texas + current CCCs
• SNF or adult rehab experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
• A heart for helping others and a team-first mindset
