A leading soil stabilization company is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of In-Office Soil Stabilization Estimator
.

• Experience performing takeoffs and measuring area in Planswift.
• Comfortable communicating with General Contractors during the bidding process and prioritizing and managing time and projects efficiently.
• Above average proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Experience dealing with customers over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.

• Manage incoming requests for estimates, create job folder, manage submitted documents and evaluate project details.
• Create takeoff in Planswift and measure area to be treated and bid.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track jobsite progress.
• Data entry into estimating software to create proposals/estimates.
• Job searches through lead generation software programs.
• Communicate via email with customers in a timely and professional manner.

Pay based upon experience.

• High School or equivalent required.

Background investigation is required. E‑verify required.
