Operations – Field (OPS
001)

• Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; assist with loading and unloading luggage as required.
• Perform daily inspections of the shuttle and report safety issues immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Transport passengers along a fixed route with scheduled pick‑up and drop‑off locations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe shuttle at all times.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries courteously, and give directions.
• Be proactive in offering assistance to passengers when needed.
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
• Occasionally lift and carry customer luggage or personal items up to 50 lb.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Verbal communication ability with guests.
• Capability to operate commercial vehicles requiring normal coordination (eye‑hand, hand‑foot).
• Frequent entry and exit of the vehicle, with the ability to sit for extended periods.
