- Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; assist with loading and unloading luggage as required.
- Perform daily inspections of the shuttle and report safety issues immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Transport passengers along a fixed route with scheduled pick‑up and drop‑off locations.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe shuttle at all times.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries courteously, and give directions.
- Be proactive in offering assistance to passengers when needed.
- Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
- Occasionally lift and carry customer luggage or personal items up to 50 lb.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Verbal communication ability with guests.
- Capability to operate commercial vehicles requiring normal coordination (eye‑hand, hand‑foot).
- Frequent entry and exit of the vehicle, with the ability to sit for extended periods.
