Delivery Drivers

About the Role:

As a Driver with Donovan Marine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our clients, Your primary responsibility will be to transport products from our distribution center to various retail locations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. You will be expected to manage delivery schedules, communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers, and handle any issues that may arise during transit.

This position is vital for maintaining our supply chain integrity and customer satisfaction, as you will be the face of our company during deliveries. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience 2 years as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Pass D.O.T. medical card & physical.
• Pass D.O.T drug test.
• Pass background check.
• Lift 80 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
• Experience in the wholesale warehouse trade or logistics industry.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, Isuzu NRR box truck.

Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition before and after each trip.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading and unloading of goods.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately and maintain records of deliveries made.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients during deliveries.
