Summary: The Catering Driver is responsible for assembling, delivering and setting up catering orders at an off-site location in a timely manner. Provides quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

• Prepare food and other products for catering orders. Follow food safety procedures. Package food and other products to be delivered to guest premises. Ensure that the food product meets operational and brand standards. Anticipate and identify problems with deliveries and help to find solutions.
• Greet guests by stating, “Welcome to Moe’s!” Ensure guests are completely satisfied with their order.
• Drive and use own transportation. Be a courteous driver who follows all traffic laws and always represents the Moe’s brand positively. Maintain a good driving record. Keep delivery vehicle clean and notify management of any maintenance concerns or issues.
• Be punctual, in the correct uniform and maintain a friendly demeanor. Demonstrate high integrity and hardworking attitude.
• Exhibit actions/behaviors that align with company values; perform other tasks as directed by management and represent Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Good guest service skills
• Strong communication skills for multiple audiences
• Good driving record
• Good time management skills
• Self-discipline
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to safely and courteously operate a motor vehicle

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly, move, and remain in a stationary position. The employee must occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must regularly be able to detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in an office or restaurant environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
