• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans

• Ensure all work complies with Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Proven experience as a plumber (residential or commercial)

• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials

• Familiarity with Florida building and plumbing codes

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and customer service skills

• Plumbing certification or license (preferred, if applicable)

• Experience with water heaters, sewer lines, and drain cleaning

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in tight spaces

• HVAC or additional trade experience is a plus
