Security Officer - Part-Time Premises Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and hotel staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel lobbies, hallways, guest floors, parking areas, and property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and access concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest disturbances, unauthorized persons, and medical and/or fire-related events, and notify management and first responders as needed;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe for suspicious behavior, and help to enforce property rules and local regulations while maintaining a professional presence;
Document patrols, incidents, and service calls in required reports and systems, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
