Security Guard - Patrol Residential

Position: Security Guard - Full-Time Patrol Residential
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, documenting concerns, and notifying appropriate parties per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, building exteriors, amenity spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access issues.;
Monitor access points and community rules compliance, including observing for unauthorized entry, assisting with guest check-in processes when assigned, and reporting suspicious behavior per site policy.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, communicate with property management and/or Allied Universal supervision, and use required communication devices and systems as assigned.
