We’re hiring a high-output SDR who wants to operate like an owner
, not a task executor.
This is not a “smile and dial” role.
You’ll be responsible for creating pipeline from scratch
, opening conversations with security leaders, and helping shape how Guardare engages the market.
You will work directly with leadership and sales to test messaging, target the right accounts, and generate real opportunities.

- Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns into security leaders
- Engage CISOs, Heads of Security, and Sec Ops leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies
- Use email, Linked In, phone, and creative outreach to open conversations
- Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for the sales team
- Help refine messaging based on what resonates in the market
- Identify high-fit accounts and build strategic prospect lists
- Work closely with leadership to continuously improve pipeline generation
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development or outbound sales
- Evidence you can create pipeline, not just work leads
- Strong written communication (most meetings start with great emails)
- Comfortable reaching out to senior security leaders
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Competitive, curious, and resilient
- You’ve exceeded outbound meeting targets before
- You enjoy figuring out why messaging works or doesn’t
- You are comfortable operating in early-stage startup environments
- You want to move into closing roles quickly
- Direct exposure to how early-stage cybersecurity companies build GTM motion
