Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual with some automobile insurance experience. This position is responsible for all insurance follow-up and correspondence after the purchase of accounts. You will work with customers, agents, Mid-Atlantic employees, and management on any GAP and other insurance issues.
Above average knowledge of Excel is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

What You'll Do:
- Responsible for heavy data entry
- Conduct outbound calls to customers and insurance carriers
- Assist with inbound calls regarding insurance issues
- Properly document interactions on the appropriate account
- Follow-up to ensure insurance checks are received in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
