Position OverviewThe Showroom Brand Ambassador is the first point of contact in our immersive showroom and plays a critical role in shaping each guest’s experience. This individual warmly welcomes customers, qualifies their needs, and seamlessly transitions them to the appropriate sales professional.
This role is designated as a CORE employee position, meaning it is essential to our company culture, showroom success, and overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, service‑driven, and takes pride in representing the brand at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities Showroom Experience & Guest Engagement- Serve as the first point of contact for all showroom guests, creating a warm, polished, and welcoming experience
- Engage customers in meaningful conversation to understand their goals, needs, and purchase intent
- Qualify guest, capture guest information through CRM form and confidently hand off to the appropriate Sales Representative
- Support showroom coverage when Senior Sales Representatives are out of the building
- Approach every customer interaction with a sales‑driven mindset, helping move guests toward informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a pristine, elevated showroom environment at all times
- Follow all showroom SOPs, including daily opening and closing procedures
- Support seasonal showroom updates, displays, and visual merchandising
- Communicate needs related to samples, displays, signage, and sales resources to the Marketing team
- Ensure all print and digital sales resources are organized, current, and easily accessible
- Anticipate customer needs by introducing samples and sales resources that clarify options and ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Representative
- Coordinate with Building Maintenance to ensure showroom readiness, addressing cleanliness, repairs, and presentation needs promptly
- Complete end‑of‑day showroom traffic reporting
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to showroom visits and guest engagement
- Answer PLOL incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Collect and report customer feedback, insights, and common questions to help continuously elevate the showroom experience and improve sales and marketing support.
- Support marketing initiatives through administrative tasks related to local outreach, customer connections, and lead generation
- Natural communicator with a warm, confident, and professional presence
- Passion for customer experience, design, and elevated environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable qualifying customer needs and navigating handoffs to sales professionals
- Ability to balance hospitality, administration, and operational responsibilities
- On‑site availability and reliability are essential
- Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm with flexibility and some Saturday hours.
