If you’re a strong phone salesperson who wants to get on the phones fast with people who actually want to talk, this role is built for you.

All sales are done over the phone with 100% inbound leads — no cold calling. We generate 2,500+ new business-owner leads each week
, giving our sales team a steady flow of qualified conversations from day one.

Once trained, you’ll speak with decision-makers who have already expressed interest and help them choose the right service for their business. No prospecting — just focus on what you do best:

• Full-time, in-office position
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

• $25 per hour
• Paid training
• Supportive new hire commission plan transitioning to long-term structure after 120 days
• Uncapped commission — successful closers earn $100,000 – $200,000 per year
• At 90 days: eligible for up to a $6,000 salary increase; additional $6,000 increases at 6 and 9 months (up to $70,000 base)
• Performance-based pay with no ceiling for top performers
• Weekly games awarding $200–$500 to top producers
• Over 40% of sales reps earn six figures

• Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required
• Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone
• No fear of technology – comfortable with software
• Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out
• Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers
