As a Customer Engagement Specialist
, you’ll be the face of NuVision Auto Glass—meeting customers in-person, building trust, and helping them understand their options for auto glass repair and replacement. This position offers a guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions
, giving you the opportunity to earn great income while representing a respected brand in your community.

• Engage with customers at community events, retail locations, and in assigned territories
• Educate customers on glass damage, insurance coverage, and available repair or replacement options
• Promote NuVision Auto Glass products and services to increase brand awareness
• Generate leads, follow up, and close same-day sales opportunities
• Record customer information accurately and schedule appointments
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, coachable, and goal-oriented personality
• Comfortable initiating conversations and approaching new people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Prior sales experience is a plus—but not required
• Reliable transportation is a must

• Base pay +
