Pet Insurance Sales Associate

We are seeking a goal‑oriented Sales Associate to convert opportunities into sales, delight customers, and help pet parents understand the value of comprehensive pet insurance. Candidates should be passionate about furry friends and possess a customer‑first mindset.

Requirements
  • Act as a confident, friendly advisor, selling pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents at partner locations in Clearwater.
  • Communicate Fetch’s competitive advantages and demonstrate a deep understanding of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients, raving fans, and repeat customers.
  • Accurately record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
  • Build productive, professional relationships with key personnel at partner locations to meet monthly performance objectives and expectations.
  • Proactively assess partner needs through onsite focus and follow‑up meetings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Communicate with peers via chat to share challenges and successes.
  • Virtually attend monthly company meetings or check‑ins as required.
  • Manage expense budget and submit monthly reports.
  • Perform all administrative tasks related to the partnership.
  • Deliver on Fetch’s commitment to continuously exceed customer expectations.
Skills
  • Structure work week during peak hours (Friday–Sunday) to maximize sales.
  • Either hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
  • Proven self‑starter with 3–5 years in an animal care role.
  • Passion for prospecting new sales opportunities on a daily basis.
  • Familiar with animal health or animal welfare (plus).
  • Think and act independently within a fast‑paced sales cycle.
  • Proven success building relationships with a consultative, solution‑focused approach.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and understand Fetch’s customers’ needs.
  • Willing to travel to industry events as required.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Effective team player with a proven ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (full‑time).
  • Additional bonuses available and eligibility for the company’s bonus plan(s).
