Sales Development Representative – Healthcare Tech
Clear Water, FL | $50,000 Base Salary | $75,000+ OTE (Uncapped Monthly Commission)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in generating new business by setting qualified appointments for our Field Sales team. What You’ll Do:- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to medical and dental practices
- Educate prospects on our solutions and schedule meetings (no closing)
- Work closely with a Field Rep to coordinate outreach strategies
- Use CRM and digital marketing tools to nurture interest
- Hit key performance metrics: calls, meetings set, call quality
- Engage with current clients to generate referrals
- Provide prospect feedback to help refine outreach strategy
- 1+ years in an outbound calling, inside sales, or SDR role
- Clear communication skills (phone, email, and video)
- Experience using CRMs like Salesforce (or similar)
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
