Sign-on Bonus: $3,900

We are hiring immediately for full-time sales representatives. You will be trained in our products and learn skills in communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem solving. This role provides foundational education and experience for your career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Engage in team building and mentorship

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Public speaking confidence
• Self-motivated, disciplined, career-oriented
• Open-minded, eager to learn
• Outgoing personality
• BA/BS preferred

Compensation:

• $3,900 sign-on bonus
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
• Average earnings: $72,000 - $130,000/year
