Base Pay Range$ – $ per year
About This Role- Delivery of interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision‑makers at their homes
- Consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals
- Setting individual sales targets and tracking progress
- Promotion of company products and services
- Development, presentation, and negotiation of sales contracts
- Full schedule work, including weekend and holiday flexibility
- Earn $150,000 to $200,000+ per year in uncapped commissions
- Top representatives earn up to $400,000+ per year
- Motivated and high performing culture

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
- Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license
- In‑Home Sales or Business‑to‑Consumer Sales experience preferred
- Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience – a plus
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Work successfully without requiring close supervision
- Position requires a criminal background check
