Position

Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers find flattering outfits, coordinating accessories, and creating a welcoming in-store experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling assistance.
  • Help customers coordinate outfits and accessories that reflect the Patchington lifestyle and brand aesthetic.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and create a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain store appearance through merchandising, restocking, and organizing displays.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking new merchandise.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current products, seasonal collections, and promotions.
  • Support store events such as fashion shows, trunk shows, and community initiatives when applicable.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals while contributing to overall store success.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers feel confident.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light merchandising tasks.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
