PositionSummary
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers find flattering outfits, coordinating accessories, and creating a welcoming in-store experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling assistance.
- Help customers coordinate outfits and accessories that reflect the Patchington lifestyle and brand aesthetic.
- Build strong relationships with customers and create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain store appearance through merchandising, restocking, and organizing displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking new merchandise.
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, seasonal collections, and promotions.
- Support store events such as fashion shows, trunk shows, and community initiatives when applicable.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while contributing to overall store success.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers feel confident.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light merchandising tasks.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
