At Whole Foods Market, we’re committed to providing record-setting grocery services to our Prime Now customers. This fast‑growing program values passion for quality products and great customer service. The role involves supporting Prime Now customer orders by shuttling items, preparing them for delivery or pickup, and ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment.

$15.00/hr – $24.40/hr (based on skills and experience)

• Schedule released up to 3 weeks in advance
• Average shift length 4–8 hours

• Comfort using handheld mobile device to fulfill orders
• Efficient and accurate fulfillment of online orders with urgency
• Detail‑oriented with focus on product and order accuracy
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations
• Maintain staging area organized and free of clutter

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Basic reading and speaking skills in English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and perform frequent push, pull, squat, bend, and reach motions (reasonable accommodation may apply)
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand/walk 6–8 hours, sit 1–4 hours in an 8‑hour workday
• Fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, single grasping motions
• Regular bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
• Exposure to FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to temperatures: 90°F
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Use of tools and equipment such as box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
• May require use of ladders

New entry‑level Team Members who complete their first 90 days and remain actively employed may be eligible for a base rate increase after their 90‑day anniversary.
