- Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
- Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
- Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
- Become an expert in our products and services through a 3-month training
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams
- 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
- Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
- Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus
Location: 23676 US Hwy 19 North, Clearwater
Job Type: Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt
Training Wage: $16.50/hr - $18.00/hr for three months, paid bi-weekly!
Post-Training Rate: Continuous base pay of $14.00/hr PLUS uncapped commission!
