Manager, Retail Store

What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service using our C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • Lead the store team to exceed performance metrics, including sales, consumer service, and charms.
  • Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify opportunities and empower the team to make strategic decisions.
  • Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards throughout the store.
  • Build and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and external talent networking.
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective follow‑up on daily activities.
  • Encourage a team culture of idea sharing while upholding Crocs values.
  • Work across departments such as consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • Support team in retail operations: POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
  • Adhere to Crocs asset protection policies: shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 4+ years of total retail experience, preferably with previous store manager experience.
  • Proven leadership skills that challenge, empower, and drive team results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to connect with store team, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
  • Desire to succeed in a high‑growth, fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  • Physical ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, lift 30+ pounds, stand, walk, and read instructions daily.
  • This role has a working environment that requires being on feet for at least 8 hours per shift and moving around all areas of the store.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour, based on location, experience, training, and skills. Eligible for incentive program and full company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, 401(k) with company match, and additional voluntary benefits.
