Pay Range: $16 an hour plus tips (higher wage if you can drive standard transmission)

Our team requires a great amount of flexibility and versatility. While receiving orders and preparing food is one aspect of the job, on the truck, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of guests' dining experience. The interaction you provide with the guest at the register, in the line expediting orders, or executing menu items to company standards, establishes the foundation of the experience we are trying to provide.

This is a very fast‑paced environment and food needs to come out quickly and still follow our high standards of quality. There are times when you will be non‑stop for an entire shift, it can be high pressure and you will be on your feet.

• MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE TRUCK WITH A TRAILER!
• Previous experience cooking in food service industry is preferred
• Must have VALID driver’s license and clean driving record
• Positive, enthusiastic and passionate
• Strong leadership qualities, but also be able to take direction
• Ability to thrive in high‑pressure situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand on your feet for long hours
• Must work well in a fast paced team environment
• Mandatory Open and Flexible Schedule REQUIRED
• Ability to lift 60lbs
• Must have Florida Food Handler Card or be able to get one within 7 days.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified
• Must be Tips Certified in State of Florida
