Director of Nursing

You’ll serve as the driving force behind resident wellness, regulatory compliance, and compassionate, person-centered care. You’ll oversee daily nursing operations, guide care planning, ensure medication accuracy, maintain compliance with AHCA standards, and collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary partners. This leader sets the tone — clinically, culturally, and operationally.

• Oversee all aspects of resident care, wellness programming, and clinical operations
• Supervise, coach, and schedule nursing staff and care partners
• Ensure accurate medication administration and timely care plan updates
• Maintain full compliance with AHCA and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with physicians, vendors, families, and community leadership
• Step into coverage when needed to maintain uninterrupted resident care

• Active LPN or RN license with CORE training
• Previous leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care
• Strong working knowledge of AHCA regulations
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and maintain compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Eligible for AHCA Level II background screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform clinical nursing duties

• $80,000 – $85,000 annual salary
