LPN NOC

Overview

Position: LPN or RN Supervisor

Type: full time

Shift: Night (11pm-7am)

Wage: $30-32 depending on experience (shift differentials are available)

(every other weekend req.)

The NOC LPN/RN Supervisor functions as a cart nurse and provides supervisory oversight for the overnight shift. Primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring nurses complete all required labs
• Verifying crash cart checks
• Preparing and confirming 7-3 shift assignments
• Assisting with coverage for call-offs
• Conducting routine rounding and supporting staff as needed

Typical staffing for the 11-7 shift includes 4 nurses (including the supervisor) and 8 CNAs
, depending on census levels.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and health care regulations which govern the practice of professional nursing. Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
