• Independently care for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Maintain professional accountability and pursue ongoing development.
• Provide direct contact with children and hold primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance, and supervision to the child.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Preferred nurse specialty

• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor's in Nursing

• 18 months as an RN in an Acute Care setting
