General DescriptionProvides nursing services to patients in an outpatient, substance use disorder treatment setting. Completes nursing assessments, patient evaluations & screenings, dispenses & administers medications, and provides patients with healthcare education. Works with all members of the Treatment Team to coordinate patient care.

- Ability to accept direction from managers and supervisors in a respectful and collaborative manner
- High School Diploma / GED required
- One year of experience working in the medical and/or behavioral health field preferred.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Must maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policies
- Ability to write accurately and legibly
- Moderate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows-based computers
- Ability to accurately type at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to sit at a desk and view a display screen for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach
- Ability to sit in meetings for extended periods of time
- Ability to move throughout program facilities both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds
- Good hearing and vision

Environmental Conditions- Treatment program / hospital environment
- Exposure to individuals who may be experiencing emotional distress or agitation.
- Possible exposure to clients with communicable diseases
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a level II background check and drug screen

- Clearwater Campus, night shift: 7pm-7am, days vary. F/T
- PRN, night shift 7pm-7am
