Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health Pool RNs to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant Behavioral Health Hospital in Clearwater, FL !

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

• Professional accountability and development.

• Location: Morton Plant Hospital Behavioral Health

• Status: Pool

• Non-Exempt: No

• Schedule: 4 shifts within 6 weeks(2 weekend shifts), holiday requirement

• Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

• Weekend Work: Occasional

• On Call: No

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RN (Registered Nurse)

• Nurse Specialty – preferred

• Required Associate's or Diploma in Nursing

• Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing

• Required 2 years RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
