Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking experienced Behavioral Health RNs to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant Hospital Behavioral Health and Mease Dunedin Hospital Behavioral Health !

• Facility: Morton Plant Hospital (Clearwater) or Mease Dunedin Hospital (Dunedin)

• Status: Full Time AND Pool

  6:45 AM - 7:15 PM OR 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

• Shift: Days and Nights

• Weekend Work: Yes

• On Call: No

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

• Professional accountability and development.

• The Clinical Nurse II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

• Required - BLS (Basic Life Support)

• Required - RN (Registered Nurse)

• Preferred - Nurse Specialty

• Required - Associate's or Diploma in Nursing

• Preferred - Bachelor's in Nursing

• Required - 2 years' experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements
