Role OverviewBay Care Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater!

The Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.
Responsibilities- Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
- Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

Required Certifications and Licensures- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Nurse Specialty - preferred
- Bachelor's in Nursing - Required or approved psych certification obtained within 7 months of hire.
- 2 year RN in an Acute Care Setting
- 1 year of leadership experience - Preferred
