Responsibilities

The Mission:
Minimum Requirements

To excel in our high-precision aerospace environment, you must meet the following:

• Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen
  .
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• The Toolbox: Mastery of Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Dial Bores, and Air gages.
• Blueprint Savvy: Ability to read simplified blueprints and translate them into physical reality.
• Skills: Solid math, basic computer skills, and fluent English communication.
• Physicality: High manual dexterity and the ability to lift 30 lbs.

Technical Skills & Competencies

We are looking for operators and setup specialists who treat CNC machining as a craft.

• Experience: 5+ years for Set-up; 2 years for Machine Operators.
• The Hardware: Proficiency in 3-Axis Vertical and 4 & 5-Axis Horizontal Mills. You will command Mori Seiki (Fanuc) and Grob G350 (Siemens).
• Technical Depth: Expertise in tool holders, cutting tools, boring heads, fixtures, and inserts.
• Quality Control: Surgical precision in part inspection and defect detection.
• Code Proficiency: Deep knowledge of G and M codes and CNC mill programs.
• Excellence: Meticulous record-keeping and a clean, safe 5S work environment.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 35lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
