• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications, documenting any discrepancies.
• Safely and efficiently store materials in designated warehouse locations, utilizing appropriate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Pick, pack, and issue materials to production lines and other departments according to work orders and schedules.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate computerized inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track material movement, record transactions, and generate reports.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, or obsolete materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve material-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper documentation and securing of materials.
• May be required to perform basic kitting or assembly tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) with a valid certification or ability to obtain one.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Must be able to work a 1st shift schedule (e.g., Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), with potential for overtime as needed.
