Adecco is seeking motivated 1st and 2nd Shift Operators
for a respected and innovative avionics company in Clearwater, FL . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong performance, and engagement.
Pay Rate$17.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Schedule1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
Training (Classroom Setting): Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. for 1–2 weeks
Overtime: Optional, available on weekdays and weekends as needed (up to 12-hour shifts)
Masking and prepping small parts
Cleaning components and performing detailed work requiring strong dexterity
Utilizing basic computer skills to complete tasks (email, Microsoft Word, Excel)
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Working independently—this is not a traditional assembly line; you will manage your own workflow and pace
Dependable and proactive
Willing to ask questions and remain engaged
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of relevant experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Ability to adhere to dress code and PPE guidelines
Casual attire (jeans or khakis; plain shirts without writing)
Closed-toe shoes
Required PPE provided as needed
$17.50 per hour
