Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Perform mill machining tasks using Fanuc Controls with a tolerance of +/- 0.010 inches. While programming is not required, the ability to edit M&G codes is essential. Responsibilities include bench inspection, operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and utilizing various gauges such as air gauges, dial bore gauges, OD micrometers, and indicators. Cycle times for tasks may range from 5 minutes to 4 hours depending on the complexity of the part.
Responsibilities- Operate CNC mill machines using Fanuc Controls.
- Ensure precision with a tolerance of +/- 0.010 inches.
- Edit M&G codes directly at the machine.
- Conduct bench inspections and operate a CMM.
- Utilize various gauges including air, dial bore, OD micrometers, and indicators.
- Perform own set-ups and adjustments at the machine.
- Proficiency with Fanuc Controls.
- Ability to edit M&G codes.
- Experience with CMM operation.
- Knowledge of various gauges and precision measurement tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have own tools and tool box.
- Experience with CNC machines.
- Capability to perform own set-ups and M&G Code adjustments.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
