Adecco is seeking motivated 1st Shift Operators for a respected and innovative avionics company in Clearwater, FL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who excel in performance, reliability, and engagement.
Pay Rate$17.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Schedule- Regular
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. - Training Schedule (Classroom Setting):
Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. for 1–2 weeks - Overtime:
Not required, but available on weekdays and weekends as needed (up to 12-hour shifts)
- Masking and prepping small parts
- Cleaning components and performing detailed work requiring strong dexterity
- Utilizing basic computer skills to complete tasks (email, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Working independently—this is not a traditional assembly line; you will manage your own workflow and pace
- Dependable and proactive
- Willing to ask questions and remain engaged
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email - Ability to adhere to dress code and PPE guidelines
- Casual attire (jeans or khakis; plain shirts without writing)
- Closed-toe shoes
- Required PPE provided as needed
