• Act as the go-to leader for both team members and guests, resolving challenges with professionalism and care.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with your team, members, and guests, ensuring everyone feels valued and connected to our mission of stress-free living.
• Advocate for and inspire a holistic approach to health, promoting alternative and science-backed therapies proven to enhance well-being and reduce stress.

Who You Are:

• A natural leader passionate about helping people grow and succeed. You enjoy coaching your team to meet and exceed goals while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
• Committed to wellness and health, with a genuine interest in helping others experience the benefits of innovative and effective therapies.
• Experienced in management, sales, or a customer-focused service industry (spa, gym, salon, or wellness center experience is a plus!).
• Skilled in navigating challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism, always maintaining a constructive and positive tone.
