Salary $120,000 - $150,000 per year

This company is a small but rapidly growing construction firm that services the greater Tampa area. This is a unique role overseeing all project management operations with a lot of room for growth. The company has recently doubled it's revenue and is poised for further growth this year into next. Great time to join!

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to get on a leadership track long term
• Full autonomy in this role working hand in hand with high level leadership
• Interest in growing a business and scaling operations beyond the day to day project management tasks
• 5+ Years of commercial construction within a large Construction Firm, ideally one of the major players
• Ability to implement process improvement with an existing team and work through roadblocks and changeover from existing operations and mindset
• Strong understanding of the Construction PM lifecycle
• Experience with subcontractor buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
