- Oversee all community functions, including life enrichment programs, dining services, building maintenance, marketing, and healthcare services

- Lead, develop, and mentor department leaders and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Drive census growth and community engagement through marketing and relationship building
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Serve as a visible, approachable leader for residents, families, and employees
- Proven leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare administration
- Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for serving seniors and leading a mission-driven team
- Business Acumen – Understands business implications of decisions; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals and profitability.
- Change Management – Develops workable implementation plans; builds commitment and overcomes resistance; prepares and supports those affected; monitors and evaluates results.
- Cost Consciousness – Works within approved budget; develops and implements cost saving measures; contributes to profits and revenue; conserves organizational resources.
- Delegation – Delegates work assignments; matches the responsibility to the person; gives authority to work independently; sets expectations and monitors delegated activities; provides recognition for results.
- Ethics – Works with integrity; upholds organizational values.
