We are seeking an Executive Director, you’ll lead all aspects of community operations with vision, compassion, and integrity.

• Oversee all community functions, including life enrichment programs, dining services, building maintenance, marketing, and healthcare services
• Ensure a safe, high-quality living environment for residents and a positive workplace for staff
• Lead, develop, and mentor department leaders and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
• Drive census growth and community engagement through marketing and relationship building
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Serve as a visible, approachable leader for residents, families, and employees

• Proven leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions
• Passion for serving seniors and leading a mission-driven team

This position has a bonus potential to meet or exceed $125,000 annually if community goals are met.
