The purpose of this position is to increase production by setting up mailing jobs for addressing, helping pull mailings jobs from inventory, accurately accounting for, and submitting all of our mailings to vendors or the USPS. You will be cross‑trained on the Postal Runner position, driving our box truck to Tampa, loading and unloading mail and supplies, and running one of our mailing machines.

• Handle administration work for mailing jobs, including internal and USPS admin requirements.
• Weigh and submit mailings to the Post Office.
• Wrap pallets and load trucks at the end of the day.
• Handle any random tasks assigned by the Mail Manager.
• Fully cross‑trained on select positions in the Mailing Department.

Full‑time, Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm with a one‑hour lunch break.

Pay is $18.00 per hour.

• Clean driving record; willing and capable of driving a box truck (no CDL required).
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs each day.
• Stand on feet for 8 hours a day.
• Multi‑tasker with good communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and respectable workspace.
• High level of responsibility and work ethic.
• Takes initiative to improve situations when needed.
