Associate Attorney

Overview

Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A. is seeking a motivated associate attorney to join our growing firm. This position is ideal for an early-career attorney (0 - 5 years) who is eager to gain hands-on, practical experience, develop strong advocacy skills, and grow within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Hands-On Experience

From day one, you will work on active litigation matters and gain exposure to all phases of the process – from research and strategy development to written and oral advocacy. The successful candidate’s case load will include both contested and uncontested cases - primarily addressing foreclosure (plaintiff) cases.

You will work closely with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff who are invested in your development and success. Our team values collaboration, open communication, and learning through experience. You will benefit from direct guidance and input from the firm's managing foreclosure attorney.

• Assist with managing litigation matters from pre-trial through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Support depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop litigation strategies.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback.
