Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal role located in Clearwater, FL. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents, managing case files, coordinating with attorneys and clients, scheduling depositions, organizing discovery materials, and maintaining deadlines. The paralegal will also assist with trial preparations, such as creating trial exhibits and summarizing medical records and deposition transcripts, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

• Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Experience in drafting, filing, and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading, document review, and data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with legal research and knowledge of Florida law, particularly in personal injury litigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with attorneys, clients, and court staff professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred, with prior experience in personal injury law.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office.
