Overview

Our client, an award-winning, experienced personal injury & civil litigation law firm is seeking to hire another Personal Injury Attorney based in Clearwater, FL. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in both pre-litigation and litigation, with proven success in handling motor vehicle accident (MVA) and premises liability cases from intake through resolution.

Location: Clearwater, FL

Schedule: Full-time, On-site

Salary: Up to $200,000 annually (based on experience) + discretionary bonus

Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including MVA and premises liability cases
  • Oversee all stages of litigation and pre-litigation with a focus on efficiency and client advocacy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and handle depositions, mediations, and trials when required
  • Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop case strategies and ensure timely case progression
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments and expectations
  • Work proactively to achieve favorable settlements while balancing litigation demands
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in personal injury law with hands-on experience in both pre-litigation and litigation
  • Strong background in motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and courtroom skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and client-first mindset
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Demonstrated track record of efficient case management and successful outcomes
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and support teams
