Real Estate Attorney

Overview

Boutique practice in Clearwater is seeking a Real Estate Atttoney to join its growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and autonomy. Approximately 90% of work is commercial, with some residential closings. The firm needs someone who can step in a perform, not someone who needs heavy oversight.

The practice focuses on commerical real estate, real estate development, and corporate and bankingmatters. Clients include private equity funds, developers, landowners, and other sophisticated commercial players.

• 5+ years of commercial real estate and transactional experience (will consider a strong 3rd‑year)
• Excellent drafting and writing skills
• Experience with commercial leasing, loan documents, purchase & sale transactions, corporate work, and some M&A
• A business mindset and the ability to think like a dealmaker
• Desire for growth, autonomy, and long‑term opportunity
• Solo practitioners interested in merging into a stable platform will also be considered.

• Billable hours: 1,500-1,700
• Compensation:
  Healthy base + bonuses for those who bring in business
