In our non-stuffy, collaborative environment, Consultants are trusted sales professionals who secure contracts with empathy and expertise, ensuring clients are ready to work with our attorneys for probate, estate planning, and related services.
- Client Engagement and Sales
- Conduct consultations with leads, discussing probate, estate planning, long-term Medicaid, and related legal services with clarity and confidence.
- Qualify client needs, aligning them with at Cause’s services (e.g., Trusts, Wills, Elder Law) to build trust and commitment.
- Present the firm’s flat-fee model and service benefits, addressing objections to secure signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate client data in the firm’s CRM system, tracking consultation outcomes and follow-ups.
- Prepare clients for attorney hand-off by summarizing needs and ensuring contract completion through the firms onboarding process.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to facilitate a seamless transition for signed clients.
- Follow up with leads who delay decisions, nurturing them toward commitment with empathy.
- Support the client services team with administrative tasks, such as updating records and preparing contract templates.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in legal or professional services, with a track record of closing contracts.
- Ability to learn and understand legal terminology and process so it can be communicated correctly and legally to the clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software, Zoho.
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and client-focused mindset, aligning with at Cause’s people-first philosophy.
- Adaptability to handle evolving priorities and a non-stuffy workplace culture.
Must speak English. Must have solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail, and the ability to duplicate information quickly and effectively.
Physical Requirements- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk (6 to 8 hours a day).
- Utilizing a computer for extended periods at a time.
- Occasional lifting of files or materials up to 20 lbs.
- This role starts at a salary of $55,000 per year.
- Bonuses based on the number of new clients you sign up.
