The Role You'll Play to Create SuccessWe are excited to announce a full‑time Benefits Account Executive position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the Frank Crum business every day by performing the underwriting, quoting, and processing of new and renewal group benefit plans.
Provides the Benefits Administration Summary (BAS) or BAS Addendum, as needed, to the Benefits Implementation Specialist.
Keys to success in this position include, but are not limited to, excellent customer service, comprehensive written and communication skills, knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employee benefits and insurance sales, COBRA, PPACA, ERISA, Section 125, etc., one year of benefits experience and a Florida 2‑15 license. Knowledge of business profitability and risk management.
