Cyber is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to build out and lead a 6- to 8- person sales team in Cyber Compliance. Lead the achievement of our ambitious growth objectives in high-growth markets.
Prior sales leadership in a professional services (consulting) or managed services organization, coupled with a track record of exemplary performance, is a must. Software sales leadership is a big plus as our services are led by proprietary technology attached to services engagements.
This role is ideal for a proven Sales Director who wants to drive a high-performance culture and a winning team.
This role will lead 1 team, focused on (respectively):
- CMMC Cyber Risk, Compliance, and Assessment Services

Cyber is one of < 100 organizations in the United States designated as a C3
PAO (Certified Third Party Assessment Organization) by the DoD to perform cyber audits of private-sector defense suppliers on behalf of the DoD. In addition to official C3
PAO assessments, 112
Cyber also provides cyber risk and compliance advisory services, including gap assessments, security and compliance program builds, and related services. This business was spun out of our sister company, SP6 Consulting.
Drive new customer acquisition, expansion, and company revenue growth by:
- Recruiting, training, leading, and developing sales high-performing sales professionals, optimizing personal and company growth
- Driving 112
Cyber’s sales team with effective communication and consistent and high-value coaching - Implementing a proven sales methodology and systems to support consistent growth
- Helping drive a corporate culture that balances high achievement and accountability with a positive work environment
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews
- Acting as the executive liaison to sales leadership at our partner companies
- Working collaboratively with other internal groups to include marketing, Professional Services and Business Operations
- 10+ years sales and 5+ years of technology sales leadership required
- Leadership over a direct sales team (this is not a channel or distribution role)
- Prior software sales leadership in the software, professional services / consulting, or Managed Services markets
- Leading B2B sales teams across both enterprise and middle-market customers
- Background in Security Operations, MSSP, IT operations, and/or cyber compliance or GRC strongly preferred
- Track record of exemplary performance and sustained year-over-year sales growth is a must
- Understanding of solution selling or a consultative sales methodology
