Our client is looking for a technically-minded digital marketer to own email marketing, website management, and digital analytics.
- This is NOT a social media role - that function is fully outsourced
- This is NOT a web development role - you won't be building websites, just managing and optimizing them
- This is NOT a customer-facing role - internal collaboration is the focus
Compensation: $70,000-$85,000
Top 3- email marketing
- analytical person (can crunch numbers, segment customers, MS Excel - good with data)
- understand websites - can be the point/lead for a website and communicate with external agency (manage a website NOT create it)
- Own and manage all email marketing - including campaign deployment, A/B testing, list segmentation, data hygiene, and resend strategy
- Manage backend website performance - analytics, SEO updates, content management, and UX optimization (no need to build from scratch; this is management and maintenance)
- Serve as the internal point of contact and project manager for the external web agency
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform (currently Workbooks) including lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking email performance, website traffic, lead volume, and conversion metrics
- Transition and manage the email platform migration from Hub Spot to Communigator (Gator Mail)
- Analyze digital data to identify trends, surface insights, and make recommendations that improve performance
- Collaborate with brand leads, graphic designer, and events team to support integrated campaign execution
- 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing and/or digital analytics
- Hands‑on experience owning email campaigns end‑to‑end - segmentation, testing, deployment, and reporting
- Comfortable working in and managing a CRM platform (Workbooks or similar)
- Strong analytical skills - able to work in Excel, segment audiences, interpret data, and translate it into action
- Experience managing website performance - SEO updates, analytics tools (GA4, etc.), and working with a CMS
- Self‑starter mentality - this person will be the highest‑level digital resource internally and needs to own the function without heavy oversight
- Experience with Communigator or similar email platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Familiarity with Workbooks CRM specifically
- Experience acting as a liaison between internal teams and external digital/web agencies
- Background in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries
