Senior AI Architect

Position Summary

ROMTech is seeking an experienced Senior AI Architect to design, develop, and implement a company wide AI ecosystem that integrates seamlessly with ROMTech’s existing systems and platforms. This individual will lead the AI Development team
, define the overall AI architecture and roadmap, and ensure all AI initiatives meet ROMTech’s standards for security, compliance, scalability, and reliability
.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration, including coordination with IT, Security, Compliance, Product, and business stakeholders.

• Define and own ROMTech’s enterprise AI architecture, strategy, and long-term roadmap
• Design and implement scalable AI solutions across the organization, including:
  • Internal AI tools and assistants
  • External customer-facing AI applications
  • AI agents and automation workflows
• Lead and manage the AI Development team, including architects, developers, and contractors
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with ROMTech’s existing systems, APIs, and data platforms
• Establish AI governance, policies, standards, and best practices across the company
• Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory, privacy, and security requirements (e.g., HIPAA, data protection standards)
• Oversee model selection, architecture design, and deployment strategies (LLMs, RAG, agent-based systems)
• Review and approve AI designs, implementations, and technical decisions
• Develop and recommend AI training content, internal documentation, and enablement materials
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate

Act as the executive-level technical advisor on AI initiatives
