Overview
The Dynamics team will handle a blend of development work and L3 production support. We receive roughly 100 support tickets per month, primarily involving user management, data updates, and solution deployments. Both the Field Service and Sales environments have ongoing development needs, including updates to the Woodford (Resco) solution, reporting enhancements, and data hierarchy adjustments. Day to day work will include SQL updates, tasks inside Power Apps, and managing solution deployments across environments.
Responsibilities- Provide development work and L3 production support for the Dynamics environment, including user management, data updates, and solution deployments.
- Manage roughly 100 support tickets per month.
- Support both Field Service and Sales environments with ongoing development, including updates to the Woodford (Resco) solution, reporting enhancements, and data hierarchy adjustments.
- Day-to-day work includes SQL updates, tasks inside Power Apps, and coordinating solution deployments across environments.
- CRM experience in Sales or Field Service (e.g., case/incident mgmt, work orders, opportunities, SLAs, plugins/workflows, or similar)
- User setup & security knowledge (roles, permissions, environment access, profiles)
- Dev Ops & CI/CD pipelines (build/release, branch strategy, approvals, artifact mgmt)
- Reporting & ETL/ELT (design, extract/transform, data loads, job monitoring)
- Visual Studio experience (debugging, solution structure, extensions, source control)
