- Provide helpdesk support with troubleshooting and software upgrades.
- Tier 1–2 troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with Intune and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with any ticketing systems
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Experience with Azure and Autopilot.
