We are looking for a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of payroll-related systems and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the ground‑floor level of a new processing system, and get set up for a long‑term career.

• Perform detailed manual testing of payroll‑related systems and processes to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to identify and resolve issues during project releases.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of backend systems, including general ledger and client payroll setups.
• Analyze system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between platforms.
• Participate in production deployments, including occasional after‑hours support, to maintain system stability.
• Communicate openly with team members to address challenges and improve workflows.
• Document test results and create detailed reports to support ongoing improvements.
• Provide long‑term quality assurance support, aligning with the company's goals and culture.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of respect and innovation.

• Proven experience in manual testing, particularly with payroll systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of backend processes, general ledger setups, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cucumber is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with a Product Owner and team members to ensure quality standards are met.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to support after‑hours production deployments as needed.
• Strong communication skills to foster collaboration within the team.
• Long‑term commitment to continuous growth and contribution within the company.
